Shred This

Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred just about kicked my ass.  I am in decent shape, and I will go ahead and say it… THAT SHIT IS HARD. I almost puked.  So, either I am a total pansy (always a possibility), or it really is a good workout.

Besides, I might have a little crush on Jillian.  Maybe.

    I’m very nervous to see what levels 2 & 3 are like! I’ve been suffering from pain in my left shoulder for months now and, unfortunately, this workout aggravates it a lot. Not really sure what to do.

    By the 4th day, the workout was easier. Hang in there!
